One of a kind Shama Boutique original half and half saree. The skirt is made of blue net tulle fabric with black zari border. The shoulder drape is made of Electric Blue georgette fabric with velvet flocked design with floral scroll patterns in Black. This part is trimmed with sparkly black sequence zari work, patterned in the pallu as well.
